Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking a senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer for a contract-to-hire engagement with a major logistics client in the Cincinnati area. You will help mature an enterprise identity security program, collaborating with security, infrastructure, HR systems and application teams to implement identity governance, access automation and best practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IAM, 3+ years supporting an enterprise IAM/IGA platform (SailPoint preferred), and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• 3+ years of experience supporting an enterprise IAM/IGA platform, preferably SailPoint
• Working knowledge of identity protocols and integrations including: LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and REST APIs
• Experience with RBAC, access certifications, SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions.

This contract-to-hire opportunity is designed for a senior IAM professional who is ready to play a pivotal role in strengthening and maturing an enterprise identity security program. In this position, you will collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, HR systems, and application teams to drive identity governance, access automation, and security best practices across the organization. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide security initiatives while serving as a technical leader for critical identity management technologies.
