Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, mechanical engineering, or plumbing construction with direct business development or account management experience.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and win opportunities in federal/defense sector.
• Ability to communicate technical scope and value to clients and internal leadership.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the front end of the opportunity lifecycle for federal and defense HVAC & plumbing accounts.
• Coordinate RFIs and end-to-end proposals; ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Develop go-to-market and mobilization plans to turn won contracts into successful projects.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene by keeping accounts, contacts, and opportunities current in the CRM.
