Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist specializing in federal retirement to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s Civilian Human Resources Office. This program supports the Coast Guard’s civilian retirement-services workload and broader workforce-management mission.
Must be located in the Washington, DC area. Potential for client-approved remote work. In this role, you will help Coast Guard civilian employees navigate important retirement decisions by reviewing retirement packages, evaluating eligibility, preparing estimates, and providing accurate advisory services. You will independently apply federal retirement regulations and explain complex benefit information clearly so employees can make informed decisions. This position is well suited for an experienced federal retirement professional with deep knowledge of voluntary and disability retirement cases and the ability to deliver accurate, responsive, and employee-focused guidance.
The primary work location is the Douglas A. Munro Coast Guard Headquarters Building in Washington, DC. The position offers potential for remote or telework flexibility when approved by the Government and appropriate for the assigned work. Remote work is not guaranteed, and some responsibilities may require onsite performance.
