Leidos is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to support FAA AHR Pay and Leave operations in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on payroll actions, benefits inputs, and routine HR tasks under close supervision.

The position requires experience with federal payroll, union contracts, and leave types, and involves coordinating with the DOI Payroll Operations Division to ensure accurate processing and timely notifications to timekeepers and staff.

Formación

• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR/payroll or related field.
• Understanding of union contracts and leave types.
• Experience with federal payroll processes and leave audits.
• Familiarity with clerical procedures for HR tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Process a broad range of personnel actions including payroll and benefits.
• Liaise between FAA and DOI Payroll Operations for actions and deductions.
• Review and act on pay and leave related emails and reports.
• Support timekeeping, pay calculations, and retroactive adjustments.
• Work independently and with the team to meet deadlines.
