CorSource Technology Group is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist 3 for a contract assignment in Portland, OR. The role focuses on GS federal classification support, researching complex HR issues and advising HI/HP classifications.

The work is largely offsite with occasional visits to the Portland HQ. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in federal HR programs, position evaluation, and policy interpretation.

Formación

• Experience with GS federal position classification and evaluation.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret HR guidance and guidance documents.
• Knowledge of Title V CFR and related HR policy.
• Experience with records management and compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct GS position classification research and desk audits.
• Apply GS standards to determine title, series, and grade.
• Provide guidance to HR managers on classification issues.
• Maintain audit-ready records and ensure INFOSEC/IGLM compliance.
