Job summary

Talent Center is seeking Human Resources Officers to provide substantive advice across HR areas, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and staffing at a federal agency in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes upholding the ideals of the American republic, compliance with the Constitution, and improving government efficiency.

Ideal candidates must be passionate about public service, capable of managing HR data with accuracy, and eligible for a CIA background investigation with U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience building interpersonal relationships.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in problem solving, prioritization, time management, and workflow management.
• Experience in working with limited guidance and collaboration with colleagues.
• Experience using information technology tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of basic project management.
• Ability to evaluate and apply HR business rules for data integrity and accuracy.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend HR interventions.
• Ability to learn HR Information Systems and related databases or software.
• Eligibility for CIA join: U.S. citizenship and a background investigation.
