Job summary

Central Intelligence Agency is seeking Human Resources Officers to provide comprehensive HR guidance to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, staffing, and employee development. The role includes partnering with senior managers to shape HR policies and strategies aligned with CIA priorities.

Early assignments will acquaint you with agency-specific knowledge, with opportunities for global postings after completing the onboarding program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Human Resources or Human Capital Management, Business Administration or Business Management, Organizational Development, Public Administration, Psychology; minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide substantive advice across HR functional areas, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, staffing and selection, employee development, compensation, benefits, policy, performance management, rewards and recognition, and retention.
• Partner with senior managers to develop, implement, and influence HR policies, plans, and strategies that align with CIA and Intelligence Community talent initiatives.
• HR professionals are trusted strategic partners and are a vital part of CIA; first 4–6 years focus on agency knowledge and abilities, with potential to compete for global positions after onboarding.
