Job summary

Decypher is seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to support the placement of qualified candidates on federal contracts in Military Treatment Facilities worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruiting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in medical or business focus.
• 2+ years in government healthcare recruiting
• Healthcare recruiting is required
• Proven ability to support multiple LCATs, including structured and competency-based interviews
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills to manage client and candidate relationships effectively
• Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to fully understand position requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities
• Source, screen, and hire qualified professionals for a wide range of healthcare roles, including physicians, nurses, specialists, technicians, and administrative staff
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through networking, industry contacts, professional associations, trade groups, and employee referrals
• Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Promote Deypher’s reputation as an employer of choice within the healthcare and federal contracting community
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Stay current with recruiting trends, tools, and best practices; recommend improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with all federal, regulatory, and contractual recruitment requirements
• Work environment and schedule: Remote/Hybrid San Antonio with variable hours to meet candidate needs
• May be required to lift 20-25 lbs independently; long periods of sitting in an office setting
