Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Travel up to 50% based on client/projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication; interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration.
• Ability to train and participate in professional development of staff in project management and technical dimensions.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Direct supervisory experience in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to streamline procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes in healthcare.
• Utilize data analytics to forecast demand and drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
• Plan and manage complex multi-workstream performance improvement projects; oversee junior staff.
• Synthesize complex data sets and interpret trends to implement measurable performance improvements.
• Develop deliverables, manage risks, and influence senior stakeholders.
