Job summary

Waters Advanced Diagnostics is seeking a highly strategic National Account Executive, Government to lead growth across Federal Healthcare and Government Markets. You will drive adoption of Waters solutions within VA, DHA/DoD, IHS, NIH, CDC and other agencies, partnering with distributors to maximize federal opportunities.

You will manage executive relationships, develop account plans, forecast opportunities, and travel roughly 50% to multi-state territories while aligning with contracting teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful sales experience within healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory products, or capital equipment.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue objectives in complex enterprise or government healthcare environments.
• Experience influencing multi-stakeholder purchasing decisions involving clinical, laboratory, operational, and procurement leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across Federal Healthcare accounts and government markets.
• Build executive-level relationships with laboratory, clinical, procurement, contracting, logistics, and healthcare leadership stakeholders.
• Develop account plans for VA, DHA, IHS, NIH, CDC, and other federal agencies.
• Collaborate with distributors (Fisher Scientific, Cardinal Health, Medline) to identify, develop, and close federal opportunities.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and coordinate cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption.
