The ACI Group, Inc. is a Towson-based IT Staffing and Consulting firm, focusing on the recruitment of high caliber IT professionals. We are currently seeking a highly professional individual to fill the full-time position of Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Calling on current clients.
• Maintaining and growing current client relationships.
• Qualifying new positions received from clients.
• D eveloping client penetration strategies .
• Working closely with technical recruiters and clients to find qualified IT subject matter experts.
• Working with the rest of the business development team to develop innovative and effective sales strategies for growth of sales revenues and profit margins.
• Networking with local organizations to develop leads.

Training will be provided.

Requirements

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, work well independently and as part of a team, be self-motivated and have a drive to succeed.
• Experience in staff augmentation in the IT industry desired.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 2 years outside service and/or technical sales experience.
