Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Director, Account Management to serve as Client Executive for Integrity Solutions, shaping and growing the Program Integrity portfolio across federal health. You will translate customer priorities into strategic growth, lead executive engagements, and partner with BD, Capture, Solution, and Delivery to pursue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Twenty plus years of federal government leadership experience in healthcare, program management, policy, operations, or related areas.
• Proven track record leading large, complex federal healthcare organizations, programs, or portfolios with significant budgets and distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of the federal health ecosystem including Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and program integrity.
• Experience with fraud prevention/detection, healthcare oversight, audits, and provider oversight.
• Ability to translate mission priorities into strategic direction, operational improvements, and technology needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior executive advisor and trusted customer relationship owner for Peraton's Program Integrity and FWA portfolio.
• Shape and execute account strategies focused on program integrity, FWA prevention and detection, healthcare quality, data analytics, and provider oversight.
• Lead executive-level customer engagements, strategic workshops, and engagements that position Peraton as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, Solution, Technology, and Delivery teams to identify, shape, and pursue new opportunities.
• Advise Peraton leadership on federal health priorities, policy developments, and emerging program-integrity requirements.
