Job summary

Kentro, located in Springfield, VA, seeks an experienced HCM Functional SME to lead Performance Management and Pay. The role focuses on customer-facing engagement to translate government needs into PeopleSoft HCM solutions and successful implementations.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, develop user stories, and drive HR/payroll process improvements while aligning with DoD/Federal requirements. Active TS/SCI and US citizenship are preferred.

Qualifications

• Full implementation experience of PeopleSoft HCM or similar ERP with HR, performance and payroll capabilities.
• 2+ years supporting Federal HR with at least 4 years supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of requirements writing and configuring PeopleSoft HCM or similar ERP.
• 3+ years in DCIPS performance management.
• 3+ years payroll experience.
• 3+ years Federal PAR processing in IC.
• 2+ years senior-level performance management experience.
• BS degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver software capabilities for government projects.
• Engage with Government to understand business needs and functional requirements.
• Analyze and reengineer legacy processes toward PeopleSoft-delivered capability.
• Translate requirements to stakeholders with PeopleSoft HCM knowledge.
• Present work to senior leadership with confidence.
• Be proactive and take charge in projects.
• Develop user stories and epics for DoD/Federal HR.
• Support DoD/Federal HR playbooks and proposals.
