Job summary

B&A is seeking a Performance Management / Performance Pay Team Lead to support a federal government client in a mission-critical human capital program. The successful candidate will serve as the lead advisor and primary point of contact for performance management and performance pay activities, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, DCIPS, and NGA policies.

This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional with expertise in federal performance management, compensation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Management.
Minimum of five years of total experience in related fields, including DCIPS experience and performance management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for performance management and performance pay.
Lead DCIPS performance management cycle processes (plans, mid-points, evaluations).
Develop and maintain Performance Pay Guide aligned with DCIPS and NGA regulations.
Support pay pool processes and auditing of calculations.
Develop and deliver training on performance management and pay.
Analyze trends, run reports, identify shortfalls and efficiencies.
Plan and rollout new Performance Development System and related training.
