Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll functional consultant for federal government projects. The role focuses on analysis, support and maintenance of the HCM and Payroll functionalities within the HRMIS PeopleSoft application, including payroll processing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems.
8+ years with at least 4 years in PeopleSoft HCM 9.x.
Excellent communication and leadership for government projects.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document requirements from functional users and SMEs.
Review and document business functions and processes.
Define alternatives and recommendations to streamline processes.
Translate requirements into best fit within the application; develop supporting docs.
Produce standard documents: BRD/FRD/RTM and use cases.
Review proposed functional configuration for each module.
Meet deadlines; manage multiple, dynamic priorities.
Demonstrate effective communication in a team environment.
Apply HCM knowledge to to-be processes and best practices.
