Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant Federal Civilian market experience in growth, capture, or account leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies within Federal Civilian agencies (HHS, IRS, NOAA).
• Strong executive communication, relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary pursuit teams and complex federal opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across priority Federal Civilian accounts.
• Lead and manage capture, pursuit, and account planning activities.
• Forecast pipeline, bookings, and manage risks and opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships with federal executives, partners, and primes.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to shape differentiated solutions.
