Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success advising senior leaders on growth strategy, client development, or strategic initiatives.
• Deep understanding of US Federal Civilian and Health landscape, including agency missions, procurement, budgeting, and acquisition processes.
• Experience identifying and maturing new business opportunities in complex federal environments.

Responsibilities

• Advise CSTs on account strategy and long-term growth planning.
• Identify new client relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Support development of client engagement strategies and relationship plans.
• Facilitate account planning sessions and growth workshops.
• Collaborate with capture, alliances, and practice leadership to strengthen opportunity development.
