Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience selling to U.S. Government customers.
• Experience selling technology, software, data, analytics, or product-based solutions.
• Firsthand understanding of federal missions gained through government service, military service, contracting, or direct support to government mission customers.
• Active Secret clearance, ability to travel as required, and bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Build the federal MOSAICS market by developing new customers, use cases, and qualified opportunities around federal mission needs.
• Create demand, not just respond to requirements, and identify how MOSAICS can solve mission problems.
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, solution development, negotiation, close, and expansion.
• Translate mission needs into solutions by shaping compelling, scalable MOSAICS applications with customers and Culmen teams.
• Build trusted customer relationships with mission users, program leaders, technical stakeholders, and acquisition organizations.
• Shape the market and product by bringing customer insight into MOSAICS strategy, use cases, positioning, packaging, and future capabilities.
