Cisco Federal Sales Program Management Office (PMO) seeks a Sales Business Development Manager to support NSO programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver strategic government contracts. You will oversee contract and program management, drive risk mitigation, and report to senior leadership and USG customers with a focus on performance and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Federal Government Project/Program Management experience.
• Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 4 days onsite minimum required.
• Communicate directly with the customer on the government domain.
• Experience leading on site customer meetings at government facilities. Resident in VA or MD.
• Proven knowledge of US government contracting regulations (FAR/DFAR).

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing contract and program management policies, procedures, standards and best industry practices.
• Providing leadership and direction to project managers and teams, ensuring resources and support to deliver projects.
• Review progress and identify potential risks.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address contractual risks and issues.
• Facilitating communication between cross-organizational teams and the customer.
• Providing regular status updates and contractual/programmatic reports to senior management and USG customers.
• Leading program reviews to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborating with other functional areas to align strategic/sales activities.
• Leading continuous improvement efforts to enhance program management processes and tools.
