Capital Technology Group is seeking a motivated Business Operations Associate to join our Growth team in Silver Spring, MD. The role supports pursuit of federal government contracts, including market research, pipeline management, capture planning, and operations.

This early-career position offers mentorship and a path toward a Junior Capture Manager role. Hybrid schedule with on-site days at the Silver Spring office is required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, up-to-date opportunity pipeline.
• Assist with agency and market research.
• Compile competitor information and summaries for bid discussions.
• Support capture managers in developing capture plans and win themes.
• Prepare materials, slides, and briefing documents.
• Maintain records in Salesforce with key dates and activities.
• Help prepare BD metrics, pipeline reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Track RFP release dates and deadlines.
• Assist with Growth team operations and process improvements.
