Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Government Program Development Manager (Federal Civil Agencies) to advance Starshield and AI solutions across U.S. Federal Civil agencies.

You will build relationships with agency decision-makers, shape responses to solicitations, and drive a scalable development pipeline in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of federal procurement, strong communication skills, and technical or MBA background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in business development, account management, sales, or US Government acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage Federal Civil agency decision-makers and eval-ua-tors across communications and AI portfolios.
• Grow opportunities and expand space sensing, satellite communications, and AI solutions into new revenue streams.
• Support SpaceX responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other government solicitations with pricing, strategy, and win themes.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and contracts to drive sales results and efficiency.
• Analyze government markets and trends in connectivity, satellite coms, and AI for SpaceX pursuit.
