Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Government Program Development and drive growth across the Intelligence Community, focusing on AI and classified compute. The role requires deep IC knowledge, ability to communicate complex compute solutions, and proficiency with government procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or account management within the Intelligence Community or broader federal national security space.
• Experience leading capture for start-ups, AI companies, or cloud compute business areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for government stakeholder engagement and drive a pipeline for AI and compute solutions.
• Identify and maintain relationships with key IC decision-makers and technical evaluators.
• Grow programs by fusing space sensing and AI into new lines of effort and revenue sources.
• Lead SpaceX responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other solicitations with technical content and compliance matrices.
• Coordinate with engineering, mission management, finance, and contracts in the development phase.
• Refine the stakeholder engagement roadmap based on strategy and feedback.
