Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Senior Director to lead the Treasury Agencies portfolio, driving strategic and operating plans, and delivering results across Federal Financial agencies. You will manage P&L, oversee customer and technical delivery, and lead growth through new business campaigns and strong executive relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in IT/professional services portfolio leadership, and the ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading IT/professional services program portfolios.
• Proven P&L responsibility for $50M+/yr portfolios with positive margins.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships across Federal Financial agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Agencies Business Area portfolio and set strategic/operating plans.
• Manage financial performance with P&L responsibility and target achievement.
• Provide customer and technical oversight to ensure satisfaction and delivery excellence.
• Drive growth through book-to-bill, re-competes, and YoY new business.
• Align portfolio with Sector/Division/Company strategy and goals.
• Develop and execute short and long-term growth strategies and tactical plans.
• Foster high-performing teams and strong client relationships.
• Engage leverage services on cloud, infrastructure, AI/ML, and related services.
• Reinforce GDIT culture with accountability, curiosity, results, and energy.
