General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) seeks a Senior Director to lead the Treasury Agencies portfolio, driving growth, customer engagement, and delivery excellence across federal financial programs.

The role requires 10+ years of IT program management with full P&L responsibility for $50M+/yr portfolios, and ability to obtain Public Trust. Hybrid work model in Falls Church, VA with 5–10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust (PT).
• US Person required.
• 10+ years of progressive IT and professional services program portfolio management experience with $50M+/yr portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Agencies Business Area portfolio and set strategic/operating plan.
• Oversee portfolio P&L to meet/exceed financial targets.
• Provide customer/technical oversight ensuring satisfaction and delivery excellence.
• Drive growth through book-to-bill and new business opportunities.
• Align portfolio with Sector/Division/Company strategy and objectives.
• Build and manage a high-performing delivery team with strong client relationships.
• Develop growth strategies and execution plans for top- and bottom-line gains.
• Engage services arm to bring cloud, AI/ML, and related capabilities to clients.
• Foster GDIT culture focused on accountability, curiosity, learning, and impact.
