Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC in Sierra Vista, AZ, seeks a CMMS/Asset Management Technician to maintain asset, maintenance, work-order, cost, material, and lifecycle data in EBS Plant Maintenance and related databases for government contracts.

You will log and close maintenance orders, verify data accuracy, generate reports, and support asset-control processes while adhering to security and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CMMS operator supporting building equipment and systems in a federal/public facility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with database or asset-management applications.
• Ability to maintain accurate asset, maintenance, labor, material, cost, and work-order records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMMS, EBS Plant Maintenance, asset-management databases and records for accurate tracking of assets and maintenance activity.
• Log, track, and close preventive maintenance orders and project work orders per contract procedures.
• Enter complete work descriptions, labor hours, parts, costs, and completion information within required timeframes.
• Develop and maintain equipment records, serial numbers, locations, and service frequencies.
• Maintain preventive-maintenance schedules and monitor due dates and status.
• Coordinate with technicians and stakeholders to update asset identity, location, and maintenance requirements.
• Monitor for duplicate or overdue orders and coordinate corrections.
• Support warranty tracking and maintain warranty records.
• Assist staff in using asset-management tools and reporting procedures.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management and government representatives.
• Protect sensitive information and comply with cybersecurity, records-management, and training requirements.
