Job summary

Target is hiring a CMMS Technician in a DC/FC setting. You will run maintenance operations, maintain asset availability, and ensure accurate data in Maximo for inventory and labor reporting. The role supports E&F leadership and requires coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep downtime minimal.

Key duties include scheduling work, creating PO invoices, and managing spare parts, with a focus on reliability and compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience using CMMS for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to plan, organize, and schedule maintenance work.
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent vendor management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance in Maximo for E&F teams.
• Create and assign work orders to team members per Managers' directions.
• Prioritize critical work and build efficient work packages.
• Manage vendor relationships and process invoices and POs.
• Oversee trailer maintenance for OT R trailers and related yard tasks.
