Job summary

The Building People seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and the government for contract performance. The PM oversees a multi-functional facilities support team across two government facilities, manages cost, schedule, and deliverable requirements, and drives quality control and staffing plan execution.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring independent judgment in a diverse, technically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management or managerial experience.
• Experience managing projects of comparable magnitude with effective management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and execute methodologies and processes to meet contract requirements and report status.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the government for contract performance.
• Oversee a multi-functional facilities support team across two government facilities; manage cost, schedule, and deliverables.
• Drive quality control, staffing plan execution, and ensure reports/deliverables are submitted on time.
