Qualifications

• Specialized experience at GS-13 level or equivalent as described by: coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, resolving issues, and reporting project status.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating project activities for facilities-related programs, tracking milestones, resolving issues, and reporting project status.
• Supporting facility requirements through planning, funding, scope development, space design, space construction, furniture, equipment, or IT coordination.
• Monitoring facility construction contracts as a contracting representative or project representative to verify progress, deliverables, schedules, and contract compliance.
• Reviewing construction progress reports, project documents, studies, or contractor deliverables and recommending actions to managers or senior officials.
