Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating federal facility design and construction projects.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders including contractors.
• Knowledge of project management lifecycle, budgeting, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, managing, and evaluating construction project activities supporting facility design, construction, and mission requirements.
• Managing complex facility construction projects across organizational lines throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Preparing analyses and recommendations to support leadership decisions on project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, and resource needs.
• Tracking project goals, milestones, risks, and performance, and implementing corrective actions to address barriers or delays.
