Job summary

Clear Global Solutions LLC nalazi in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Facility Manager to provide on-site management for federal and mission-critical facilities. You will oversee building operations, inspections, and small construction projects while supporting tenant satisfaction and maintaining facility performance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with federal facilities, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, construction, or property management.
• Working knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact supporting tenant agencies and stakeholders.
• Coordinate reimbursable work and support cost monitoring activities.
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking under the direction of the COR.
• Prepare documentation, inspection reports, and recommendations for GSA review using GSA formats.
• Provide Construction Management (CM) and Project Management (PM) support for repair and alteration projects ranging from below SAT up to prospectus-level projects.
• Perform inspections of federal and leased facilities to ensure compliance with terms
• Monitor building systems, maintenance contracts (e.g., janitorial, mechanical, elevator), and operational services.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure service quality
• Support small construction and repair projects from start to closeout
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and government staff
• Track issues and prepare reports for review
• Support customer service efforts and tenant satisfaction
