Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or property management.
• Working knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building operations, inspections, and small construction projects.
• Serve as a point of contact for tenant agencies and stakeholders.
• Coordinate reimbursable work and support cost monitoring activities.
• Prepare documentation and inspection reports for GSA review.
• Perform inspections of federal and leased facilities for compliance.
