Job summary

Tacoma, WA-based CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC seeks an experienced Facility Manager to oversee on-site operations for federal facilities. The role covers building operations, inspections, and small construction projects, ensuring tenant satisfaction and facility performance under a long-term contract.

Responsibilities include coordinating work, budgeting, and preparing reports for GSA reviews, with a focus on compliance and facility optimization in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, construction, or property management experience.
• Working knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for tenant agencies and stakeholders.
• Coordinate reimbursable work and monitor costs.
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking under COR.
• Prepare documentation, inspection reports, and recommendations for GSA.
• Provide Construction Management and Project Management support for repair/alteration projects.
• Perform inspections of federal and leased facilities to ensure compliance.
• Monitor building systems and maintenance contracts.
• Track issues and prepare reports for review.
