Job summary

Clear Global Solutions LLC is seeking a Facility Manager to provide on-site facility management support to assigned GSA facilities in Beckley, WV. This full-time contract role oversees building operations, inspections, and small construction projects while supporting tenant satisfaction and maintaining facility performance.

The position offers exposure to federal infrastructure and a stable, long-term contract environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, construction, or property management.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a federal security clearance.
• Background investigation and PIV card issuance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for tenant agencies and stakeholders.
• Coordinate reimbursable work and cost monitoring activities.
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking under COR.
• Prepare documentation, inspection reports, and recommendations for GSA review.
• Provide Construction Management (CM) and Project Management (PM) support for repair and alteration projects.
• Perform inspections of federal and leased facilities to ensure compliance with terms.
• Monitor building systems, maintenance contracts, and operational services.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure service quality.
• Support small construction and repair projects from start to closeout.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and government staff.
• Track issues and prepare reports for review.
• Support customer service efforts and tenant satisfaction.
