Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Federal Engineering Operations Leader to oversee technical development activities and operational improvements within the Federal Energy Engineering team. You will interact closely with customers and leadership across the company.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in the Energy or Sustainability Services industry. Responsibilities include leading the engineering team, supporting sales, and fostering customer relationships. Remote work is available along with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience in the Energy or Sustainability Services industry.
• 5+ years experience with Federal ESPC and/or UESC contracts.
• 3+ years leading Engineering Operations and/or Operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational oversight of the Federal engineering team during the project lifecycle.
• Work with Sales leadership to support prospecting new and existing clients.
• Cultivate new and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Drive innovation for new offerings and solutions.
• Travel up to 40%.
