Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Federal Program Lead Senior Manager Energy to lead and oversee federal energy programs across U.S. government customers.

You will report to our General Manager Regional LOB and you’ll work remote, guiding opportunities from early identification through contract execution. The role requires federal market mastery and strong executive communication to align program scope, schedule, budget and risk with customer missions, while delivering energy infrastructure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, Construction Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in federal programs, energy services, infrastructure development, government contracting, or related industries.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing complex programs, portfolios, or customer-facing organizations.
• Demonstrated success working with U.S. Federal Government customers and acquisition organizations.
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting vehicles, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of federal energy programs and projects from development through successful completion.
• Provide strategic oversight of program scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting processes for program outcomes.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making for complex technical, commercial, and contractual matters.
• Lead customer presentations, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
