Job summary

Red Cell Partners invites a hands-on DevOps Engineer to build the secure delivery and deployment foundation for Red Cell Federal. You will design CI/CD, automation, and processes for unclassified, controlled, and classified environments, contributing to federal authorization efforts.

As deployments grow, you will bridge software teams with restricted environments, diagnose issues without broad access, and own foundational infra decisions with high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or redesigning CI/CD and deployment systems.
• Experience deploying software into government or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of software delivery, environment isolation, and access controls.
• Ability to script and automate in Python, Bash, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Design and build CI/CD and software promotion pipelines from scratch.
• Establish secure processes for promoting software across environments.
• Support ATO-related technical activities for software agents and deployments.
• Create repeatable deployment, release, rollback, monitoring, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Deploy and operate software in government and customer-controlled environments.
• Diagnose issues in restricted environments and coordinate fixes.
