Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a DevOps Engineer to drive continuous delivery for government-facing applications. You will design and build automation to deploy in customer environments, applying infrastructure-as-code techniques and security into the CI/CD pipeline.

You will collaborate with software engineers to translate requirements into automated, reliable processes, manage complex infrastructure projects, and mentor junior engineers while upholding rigorous security and compliance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of DevOps experience in large-scale software environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Proven automation of development, testing, and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation to deploy applications in customer-facing environments.
• Automate operational aspects of the solution via code to minimize manual intervention.
• Focus on automation of development, testing, and release activities for continuous delivery.
• Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure to support evolving project needs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements for the development team.
• Continuously research and implement ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
• Test and examine code written by others, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline to secure systems against cyber threats.
