Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Federal Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Support Engineering, or similar roles supporting US government customers.
• Experience working with civilian agencies, DoD, or Intelligence Community customers.
• Ability to navigate complex governance and stakeholder environments including government employees, contractors, and SI.
• Technical aptitude within modern software development lifecycles (DevOps, CI/CD, OSS governance/security).
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to educate, influence, and lead structured conversations at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio primarily consisting of U.S. government customers.
• Drive adoption, retention, growth, and long-term customer advocacy.
• Provide proactive guidance on best practices and value realization with Sonatype solutions.
• Monitor customer health signals and coordinate mitigation actions with internal teams.
• Lead structured engagements and scale activities across a portfolio.
• Use GenAI as a standard tool to accelerate high-leverage work while ensuring quality.
