Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Design Project Manager for the Government and Civic market sector in the North America Places group. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, enforce QA/QC, manage budgets, and interface with federal clients to meet standards and funding requirements.

You will develop execution plans, schedules, and design workflows using digital platforms, driving on-time delivery while coordinating across architects, engineers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal market experience
• 5+ years leading large multi-discipline design-engineered solutions and construction projects
• Strong financial management for projects and client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Autodesk ACC or BIM platforms
• CPM certification within 30 days of hire
• BA in Architecture or Engineering-related field

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality, compliant projects
• Enforce QA/QC processes across design development
• Manage budgets, forecasts, scope, and costs to meet targets
• Act as primary client interface and lead design reviews
• Develop detailed execution plans, schedules, and workflows
• Drive on-time delivery and manage change, risk, and scope
• Coordinate across architects, engineers, consultants, stakeholders
• Prepare reports and presentations on federal standards and funding
• Contribute to pursuit strategies and proposals
• Provide leadership in seller-doer activities
• Travel up to 20%
