Job summary

Sayari seeks a Technical Program Manager to own delivery of a federal deployment in CBP. You will drive the master plan, manage dependencies, and coordinate security authorization with government and internal teams. The role requires ensuring compliance, documenting actions, and maintaining strict governance across contracting, privacy, and security disciplines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technology programs for U.S. federal customers.
• Experience taking at least one system through federal security authorization (ATO).
• Knowledge of FISMA, the NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and the authorization package artifacts.
• Experience with federal deployment models: GovCloud, agency cloud tenancy, or on-premises.

Responsibilities

• Own master deployment and ATO plan with CBP and Sayari leadership.
• Coordinate security, privacy, contracting, and governance stakeholders.
• Maintain schedule, risk register, and decision logs for the program.
• Lead government gate coordination and field government inquiries.
