Job summary

Sayari is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own delivery of an enterprise program deploying the Sayari Platform inside U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The program has two parallel tracks: configuring the platform for CBP mission workflows and guiding the system through the DHS security authorization process (ATO).

You will own the plan, dependencies, and accountability for both. Senior individual contributor based in the Washington, D.C. area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technology programs for U.S. federal customers, including at least one system you personally took through a federal security authorization (ATO).
• Working knowledge of FISMA, the NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and the authorization package artifacts.
• Experience with at least one federal deployment model: Govt cloud, agency cloud tenancy, or on-premises secure env.
• Program management fundamentals: integrated master schedules, critical path, risk registers, action logs, and reporting.
• Technical fluency without writing code: architecture, authorization boundaries, data flows, IaC, change control.
• Ability to hold government stakeholders to commitments with documentation.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DHS/CBP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated master schedule for deployment and authorization: work breakdown, critical path, dependencies, and gates.
• Own scope, schedule, and contractual milestones from award through go-live; track all deliverables.
• Lead analysis of hosting/boundary options and present tradeoffs to CBP and Sayari leadership.
• Coordinate with Sayari Security, Infrastructure, and FDE teams.
• Manage the assessors and coordinate government gates through documents and reviews.
• Establish ongoing authorization, continuous monitoring, change control, and annual assessment cadence.
