Guardians of Honor LLC is seeking a Database and Website Specialist to build, operate, and secure the program website, application portals, and government-facing data platforms. The role focuses on reliable workflows, access control, data migration, backup, and documentation to support federal clients.

The position requires hands-on website/database skills, experience with SSL/TLS, MFA, and data governance across sources such as Excel, Smartsheet, SQL, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in web-based data management and security practices.
• Experience with DoD or federal systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain program website with descriptions, opportunities, and dates.
• Build electronic application forms and applicant workflows with staff.
• Prepare change records for Government review and obtain approvals.
• Implement SSL/TLS, MFA, RBAC, and audit logging.
• Test systems, lead scenarios, and document issues.
• Migrate and govern data from multiple sources and ensure data quality.
• Provide technical assistance to Government users for portal access.
• Export validated data and reports to Government systems when directed.
• Maintain data dictionaries and documentation.
