Prophecy Technologies Corp. seeks a Solution/Data Architect to own end-to-end architecture for reporting, analytics, data integration, and transaction processing across on-premises and cloud services.

You will lead CMS-64 modernization from discovery through deployment and knowledge transfer. You will translate federal Medicaid/claims requirements into maintainable system designs, including configurable business rules and auditability, while guiding modernization from Informatica/SQL/scripts to

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive IT experience with architecture for large enterprise systems.
5+ years leading complex architecture or delivery programs.
3+ years of people leadership or mentoring.
Hands-on development with Python and advanced SQL, including PoCs and data processing.
Strong ETL/ELT and data integration background, including Informatica modernization.
Experience with Teradata and enterprise data warehouses.
BI/reporting experience with BusinessObjects, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, or similar.
Experience designing OLTP/OLAP, data warehouses, and scalable architectures.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud/on-prem integration.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture for reporting, analytics, data integration, and processing.
Lead CMS-64 modernization from discovery to implementation.
Translate federal requirements into maintainable system designs.
Design modernization from Informatica/SQL/scripts to Python-based solutions.
Provide hands-on leadership for complex technical tasks.
Develop or review Python, SQL, Informatica, ETL/ELT, API, and data components.
Define architecture across web, API, processing engines, databases, security, and DR.
Review designs with infrastructure, security, cloud, BI, QA, product architects.
Guide BI and federal reporting delivery including reconciliation and data quality.
Establish and enforce engineering practices with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and deployments.
Use AI/automation to accelerate code analysis and data workflows with governance.
Produce architecture diagrams, specs, and roadmaps with estimates and risks.
Lead and mentor team including architects, data engineers, BI developers and analysts.
Present architecture options and recommendations to customers and leadership.
Design MARS modernization priorities for CMS-64 reporting outputs.
