Job summary

Credence seeks an Informatica Architect SME to lead data integration modernization for federal systems. You will architect, implement, and guide teams across PowerCenter tools, ensuring secure, scalable data workflows.

Based in Tysons Corner, McLean, VA with on-site collaboration; onboarding planned for September 2026. You’ll interact with government stakeholders and drive strategic data integration decisions using cloud and DevSecOps approaches.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
10+ years of enterprise data integration experience with Informatica PowerCenter and related Informatica tools.
Proven track record leading modernization efforts for Federal government systems or large-scale data platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter components, including Data Integration, Data Quality, and Metadata Manager.
Experience with AWS and Azure in implementing Informatica solutions in cloud environments.
Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps practices and containerized architectures.
Must be eligible for security clearance; an active Secret clearance preferred.
Strong communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with customer and partners to understand requirements and architect solutions.
Modernize legacy systems to Informatica PowerCenter with seamless integration.
Provide deep technical guidance on Informatica tools and best practices.
Collaborate with Federal clients, engineers, and analysts to align with program objectives.
Mentor junior team members on Informatica usage and architecture.
Develop solutioning strategies to address modernization challenges.
Document architectures and technical specifications for the new system.
Ensure secure coding practices and data protection throughout modernization.
