Job summary

Analytica is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical and data-focused initiatives within a long-term federal program. The role interfaces between stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

The candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and risks, and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Five (5) + years of project management experience supporting technical programs and initiatives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced client environments.
• Experience supporting data-centric programs involving data pipelines, ETL processes, data integration, data warehousing, data quality management, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL and enterprise data environments, including reporting, analytics, and data management concepts.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and operational service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences through effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical and data-centric initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and requirements.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Serve as primary contact between client stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership; facilitate communication and decision-making.
• Manage project plans, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Facilitate Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with teams supporting data pipelines, ETL, data integration, data warehousing, analytics, and BI.
• Support onboarding, training, rollout, and sustainment while driving continuous improvement in delivery and satisfaction.
• Communicate project status and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
