Job summary

Amentum seeks a Program Manager – Data Analytics in the United States to lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and engineers supporting a client’s performance measurement program.

As the primary government interface, you will oversee contract direction, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring compliance and quality while providing strategic guidance to stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership and communication across domains.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Strong analytical skills and experience applying qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze performance, operations and budgeting
• Significant knowledge of Tableau and ability to create Tableau dashboards
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to present management strategy and analytic outcomes to drive client decisions

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule timely and successful completion of contract work
• Monitor program performance to ensure conformance to scope and terms and compliance with legal requirements and customer specifications
• Coordinate with contract support teams for timely delivery of monthly requirements
• Prepare and disseminate Monthly Contract Status Reports (MCSR) to the client
• Serve as single focal point to the COTR for all tasks
• Provide leadership and direction to personnel assigned to the contract
• Oversee and review timecards and ensure accurate reporting and resolutions of discrepancies
• Conduct daily technical standup meetings and bi-weekly workstream reviews
• Staff the PMPS program in line with the approved technical approach
• Develop and manage knowledge management and business continuity documents
• Engage staff to identify gaps and opportunities
• Gather requirements and evaluate operational and technical solutions
