Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cyber Presales Specialist for the U.S. Federal Government Markets Division. The role focuses on presales engineering and proposal activities, drafting compelling quotes, and ensuring regulatory compliance for federal clients worldwide.

Candidates should have RMF, STIG, and NIST familiarity, plus strong documentation skills. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally is required; DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of STIG audits, vulnerability scanning and RMF.
• FISMA, NIST, RMF, DHS 4300A guidance familiarity is preferred.
• Ability to draft precise proposal content and convert complex data into clear docs.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development and accurate quoting for US Federal customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders.
• Advise customers on regulatory compliance and continuous monitoring needs.
• Assist with RMF-based cybersecurity framework execution.
