Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cyber Presales Specialist to support presales engineering and proposal activities for U.S. Federal Government customers worldwide.

The role involves drafting proposal text, building accurate quotes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across the RMF framework. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, knowledge of STIG, NIST, FISMA, and DoD guidelines, and a willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years experience in Cyber Security, Information Systems, military or public safety.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Proposal & quoting support: develop precise quote estimates and proposal language.
• Client & internal collaboration across cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders.
• Compliance advisory: navigate regulatory compliance, risk posture, and continuous monitoring requirements.
• Framework execution: support RMF and related cybersecurity compliance activities.
