Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Cyber Presales Specialist to support presales engineering and proposal activities for U.S. Federal Government customers.

You will draft compelling proposal text, build accurate quotes in Excel, and help clients satisfy complex regulatory compliance and continuous monitoring standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and federal stakeholders, ensuring precise documentation, robust security posture, and timely responses to evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related field; 2+ years in cyber security or information systems, or 5+ years in cyber security/proposals.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, RMF, and federal cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal drafting and accurate quoting for federal customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders on security requirements.
• Advise customers on regulatory compliance, risk posture, and continuous monitoring.
• Support RMF framework execution across the system lifecycle.
