Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Cyber Presales Specialist to support presales engineering and proposal efforts for U.S. Federal Government customers worldwide, with some direct client engagement.

You will collaborate with proposal teams to draft compelling content, develop accurate quotes, and help clients meet complex regulatory compliance and continuous monitoring standards. Travel up to 25% and opportunity to work within a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in Cyber Security, Info Systems, military or public safety experience.
• : Knowledge of STIGs, RMF, NIST, DHS 4300A and regulatory compliance.
• : Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, compelling proposal content.
• : Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines and detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide proposal support and quotes for U.S. Federal Government customers.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and with external federal stakeholders.
• Navigate regulatory compliance and continuous monitoring requirements.
• Support cybersecurity compliance under RMF throughout the system lifecycle.
